Bandai Super Robot Chogokin SRC Dekaranger Robo Review
Dekaranger Robo comes from the Super Sentai series, Dekaranger. Dekarangers are space police who are responsible for capturing alien criminals and terrorists who come to take over the earth. Dekaranger Robo is also the third release of Super Sentai robots under the SRC series.
In my opinion, this is the best Super Sentai robot released under the SRC line till date. For those of you who own or seen the original DX Dekaranger Robo toy, you will know that it is quite a plump looking robot. Even in the TV series, Dekaranger Robo does not look really slim.
However, the designers of Bandai have really given Dekaranger Robo a big makeover, giving him a very slim and fit look, carrying an aura of awesomeness and with it, a sense of justice.
In terms of articulation, Dekaranger Robo has about 33 points of articulation and he has fabulous posability. Not only that, he comes with a wide array of weapons such as the police badge and robo handcuffs. Look at how Dekaranger Robo charges out of the picture!
Dekaranger Robo also comes with his trademark robo pistol. Look at him prep himself to engage the incoming invaders!
Dekaranger Robo also comes with effect parts to simulate the blast from his pistol. Not only that, the effect part also has a discharged bullet cartridge, bringing a lot more life and realism to the figure when you put it on display.
The next impressive weapon is none other that the Dekaranger Robo sword. With a wide range of motion, given by his great articulation, Dekaranger Robo is able to create a very impressive sword slashing pose.
To entice collectors to get both Dekaranger Robo and Gokaioh, Bandai has included the Patstriker and its effect parts with Dekaranger Robo.
What do we use these parts for? Well, they can be taken apart and added on to Gokaioh, just like how he appears on TV when he utilizes the powers of Dekarangers.
Overall, this is the best Super Sentai SRC till date and I highly recommend Dekaranger Robo. There are so many impressive poses that can be create with him that I want to get a few more myself to pose and display him in all those various action poses.

Bandai Super Robot Chogokin SRC Gokaioh Review
Gokaioh is the main robot from the Japanese TV Super Sentai series Gokaiger. Gokaiger is marks the 35th anniversary of Super Sentai and brings back many, if not all of the previous 35 Super Sentai Heros. There are also many instances where Gokaiger utilizes the powers of the previous Super Sentai Robots such as Maji Dragon, Patstriker, Gao Lion and etc.
Gokaigers are space pirates and hence Gokaioh looks the part of a robot pirate. Gokaioh's primary colors are your typical super sentai colors, comprising of red, blue, green, yellow and white. Bandai has done a good job on the overall finishing and appearance of the robot as Gokaioh looks great from front and back.
A very nice touch is that the black dial on the back can rotate, just like the DX toy can. However, being a display figure, it of course does not have the working mechanism that pops out the arms and legs cover.
Gokaioh has about 37 points of articulation in total, allowing him to create many extreme poses that brings out the dynamism of the robot. Not only that, the range of movement is wide and he is able to spread both his arms and legs wide, creating very dramatic poses.
In terms of weapons, Gokaioh comes with a pair of pirate swords that can be stored at the sides of his waist when not in use. He also comes with a pair of fists to hold both swords, as well as 2 open fists for more variety in poses.
Gokaioh comes with parts that allow him to replicate his final attack as seen on TV. the pirate cannon ball pieces and the main cannon fits very well and easily on Gokaioh and does not fall off easily.
On top of that, he also comes with his own effect parts to simulate a cannon blast, adding more realism to the cannon firing effect.
Gokaioh is the second Super Sentai robot to be released under the SRC line and it has lived up to the reputation of the line. Bandai has also given all of us a very good reason to buy Gokaioh and the upcoming few Super Sentai SRC releases, as they will come with parts that allow us to add on Gokaioh and replicate the various Super Sentai powers that Gokaioh display on TV.
